MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ALBRITTON, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This cause is now before the court on a Motion to Remand, filed by the Plaintiffs.
Plaintiffs filed this action in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, Alabama. In the two-count complaint, Plaintiffs aver that in connection with certain loans, Defendants (1) misrepresented that it was necessary to take out new loans rather than simply advancing the Plaintiffs the additional sums requested, and (2) fraudulently failed to disclose that Plaintiffs were paying excessive and unnecessary fees and charges on the refinanced loans.…
