Appeals by Milton F. Lee and Suzannah S. Lee, plaintiffs, from summary judgments entered against them in their action based upon fraud and deceit in the sale of a house. We affirm.
Genny Loftin, the owner of the house in question, had listed the house with Loftin Realty Company, which was owned by her father, Jeff Loftin. Loftin Realty Company in turn listed the house with Multiple Listing Service, describing the condition of the house as "excellent."
