RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

Janet M. Merillat brought this action against her former employer, Metal Spinners, Inc., (“Metal Spinners”). She alleged age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.; sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; and a violation of the Equal Pay Act (“EPA”), 29 U.S.C. § 206(d).
