OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Mardelle J. Morantz, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees, Joseph Ortiz, Time Warner Cable ("TWC Columbus"), a division of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P., and Time Warner Cable, Inc. ("TWC, Inc.") (collectively, "defendants"). Because no genuine issue of material fact exists and defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law, we affirm.
