I respectfully dissent. The plaintiff waited over ten months after the motion justice entered the order granting defendant’s summary-judgment motion to file her notice of appeal. It was only after defendant moved for, and obtained, the entry of a final judgment on a separate document that plaintiff apparently decided to appeal.
