INTRODUCTION

James B. Owen appeals his conviction of obstruction of a peace officer, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-906 (Reissue 1995). For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm.

STATEMENT OF FACTS

At the outset, we note that the instant case involved a jury trial and that Owen testified in his defense and also produced additional witnesses in his behalf.
