Matthew C. Dempsey petitions for relief from the order of the district court acting as an appellate court, sustaining his convictions in Boulder County Court for disrupting lawful assembly and obstructing a peace officer. The charges arose out of accusations that Dempsey had disrupted an election campaign rally and hindered the officers’ attempt to issue him a summons for the disturbance.
