The defendant, Sterman Pete King, was charged in the court of common pleas of Tulsa county with the offense of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor; was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $50 and eosts, and has appealed.
There are several assignments of error presented in the brief of the defendant, but it is only necessary to consider the assignment that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the conviction.
