Plaintiff in error, Tom Reed, was convicted in the county court of Nowata county upon an information charging that he did have in his possession two one-half pints of whisky with the unlawful intent to sell the same, and his punishment was fixed at confinement in the county jail for 30 days and a fine of $50. From the judgment rendered on the verdict he appeals.
It is contended that the testimony was wholly insufficient to support the judgment of conviction.
