Reversing.

Appellant as executrix had a farm of one hundred acres in Clark county which she desired to sell. She listed it for sale with appellees, Henry and Fleenor, brokers, at $375.00 per acre. They produced a man named Crab-tree, who proposed to purchase the farm at the price named and who entered into a written contract with, the seller. He paid $1,000.00 at the time of the making of the contract, and agreed to pay $17,750.00 on the 1st day of April, 1919, and the remainder with interest at stated times.
