Paul and Doris Givan appeal from an order entered November 20, 1987, in Kenton Circuit Court granting summary judgment to appellee and dismissing the Gi-vans’ claims.

In July, 1985, the Givans entered into an exclusive listing contract with Jim Huff Realty for the sale of their home in El-smere, Kentucky. Subsequently Jim Tingle, an agent employed by appellee, Alde-meyer/Stegman/Kaiser, Inc.
