Cross-complainant City of Los Angeles has appealed from that portion of a judgment which is in favor of the cross-defendant airlines.

The controversy arose out of an action in inverse condemnation brought by the owners of three parcels of real property located in the vicinity of Los Angeles International Airport (hereinafter sometimes designated as LAX).
