KEY, Associate Justice.

C. B. Moore brought this suit against Mrs. S. A. Williams and Charles Straub, the basis of the action being a claim for $877, alleged to have accrued from Mrs. Williams to Straub as compensation for procuring a purchaser of a tract of land sold by her. Straub transferred and guaranteed the claim to Moore. In his answer he admitted liability and asked for judgment over against Mrs. Williams. Mrs. Williams pleaded the general issue.
