OPINION
HARTZ, Judge.
Pursuant to the federal Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982), Mr. Frank Garcia filed a complaint against various defendants, alleging violations of his civil rights during his detention in the Las Vegas Medical Center (LVMC). On appeal he has abandoned all claims except certain allegations against two LVMC employees in their individual capacities: Dr. Bancroft Brooks, a supervising doctor at LVMC, and Dr. Steven Wong, a supervising psychologist at LVMC.
