OPINION

MAY, Judge.

David T. Creekmore appeals his convietion and sentence. He questions whether the trial court erred by failing to suppress evidence gathered from his home pursuant to a search warrant. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On March 2, 2001, Detective Larry Sanders of the Morgan County Sheriffs Department was working road patrol on State Road 37 when he noticed a car speeding southbound and making unsafe lane changes.
