3, 1934, for and in consideration of the agreement of appellant to pay a certain premium in the sum of $449.02, respondent máde, executed, and delivered to appellant respondent’s master policy of automobile liability insurance No. W-111260 upon its regular printed forms of insurance, and this policy was in full force and effect on June 15, 1934.
