The plaintiff bank seeks recovery from the defendants upon three bonds, executed by the defendant Gallucci, as principal, and the defendant surety company, as surety, to secure debts incurred by Gallucci in the performance of the work of three contracts entered into between him and the city of Tacoma for the construction of three local improvements for the city.
