The plaintiff, Steven Williams, was employed by the defendant, Rosenblatt Securities Inc. (“RSI”) for less than a year in 2012. " He claims "primarily that he was terminated in retaliation for his activities as a whistleblower for the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) and that he wás the victim of employment discrimination bás'ed on a perception that he was mentally ill.
