Appeal from a judgment entered subsequent to the striking of an amended complaint which was served after demurrers to the original complaint had been sustained.
Plaintiffs bring this action for themselves and for other members of the Finnish Workers Club, hereinafter called the club. The club, formerly known as Hedelma Seura and Socialisti Osasto, was first organized in 1904 in the village of Hibbing as an unincorporated association to promote and improve the social and economic welfare of its members and of the community.
