(“D & L”) and Guangdong Metals & Minerals Import & Export Corporation (“Guangdong”) contest the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration’s (“Commerce”) results in Amended Final Results of Redetermination Pursuant to Court Remand, Sigma Corp. v. United States, Consol. Court Nos. 91-02-00154, 92-04-00283, (‘Remand Results’’) (Jan. 30, 1998).
