after stating tbe case: Tbe pleadings contain no suggestion affecting tbe bona fides of tbe deed of trust of tbe Trunk Company to Lindsay, nor tbe sufficiency of the power of sale therein conferred, nor tbat tbe power was not executed in strict conformity with its terms, nor tbat tbe deed to tbe purchasers was not properly executed and recorded.
