Kenneth N. Miller (Miller) petitions this Court for review of the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement Board’s (Board) August 12, 2015 order- affirming the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System’s (SERS) denial of his request to avoid the forfeiture of his pension as a result of pleading guilty to the federal crime of mail fraud on February 12, 2013.
