*1011Sarah O'Layer McCready (McCready) petitions for review of the Final Adjudication and Order of the State Board of Property (Board) of the Department of Community and Economic Development (Department)1 denying her motion for summary judgment; granting the cross-motion for summary judgment of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (Commission); entering judgment in the Commission's favor; and dismissing her complaint to quiet title.
