— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, as limited by petitioner’s brief, to review so much of a determination of respondent City of Poughkeepsie, dated April 14, 1982, as, after a hearing, upheld the order of respondent building inspector that a certain building owned by petitioner should be demolished on the ground that it is unsafe. Determination confirmed insofar as reviewed and proceeding dismissed on the merits, without costs or disbursements.
