Opinion by SARAH B. DUNCAN, Justice.

Jessica Tellez appeals the judgment revoking her deferred adjudication community supervision, convicting her of possession of a controlled substance of one to four grams with the intent to deliver, fining her $1000, sentencing her to five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice— Institutional Division, and finding that she “used or exhibited a deadly weapon in the commission of the offense or during immediate flight therefrom.” We hold the State’s failure to give Tellez notice of its intent to seek a deadly weapon finding before her plea…
