Appellant entered a plea of guilty to murder and the trial court deferred a finding of guilt and placed appellant on deferred adjudication for ten years. Appellant was later adjudged guilty of murder by the trial court, after having violated the terms of his probation, and was sentenced to thirty years confinement.
