This is an appeal from an order awarding a new trial. Plaintiff recovered a verdict for the price of merchandise *532sold to defendant; the court below concluded that error had been committed by the admission in evidence of certain exhibits offered by the successful party, and, on this ground alone, so far as its-opinion indicates, directed a retrial, — although the possibility of other moving reasons is not expressly excluded.
