Mackchesney Appleton appeals the Superior. Court’s finding that he owed Allan Harrigan $48,912.43 in *264unpaid rent. Because Mackchesney1 conceded his liability by defaulting, and yet was still given ample opportunity to participate in the Superior Court’s consolidated default judgment hearing and bench trial, we affirm the Superior Court.
