Timothy Ernest (also referred to as Timothy Earnest due to a misspelling of his last name) appeals a July 24, 2013 order of the Superior Court that denied his motion to set aside, or vacate, a default judgment that resulted in a loss of property Ernest owned in St. Thomas.
