DuBOIS, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

These are consolidated antitrust cases involving allegations that the two major producers of blood reagents, Immucor, Inc. and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc., engaged in a continuing conspiracy in unreasonable restraint of trade and commerce — a violation of § 1 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
