OPINION
LANSING, Judge.
Brent Anderson was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. After a trial on stipulated facts he was convicted of possession of marijuana and appeals from the judgment of conviction. We affirm.
FACTS
At about 7:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve 1984, Janine Knutson telephoned her mother to tell her she would not have to babysit for Knutson’s five-year-old daughter that night because Knutson and Brent Anderson, the child’s father, were having an argument and would not be going anywhere.
