— Ralph and Marian Williams, and Myron Lewis, doing business as Myron Lewis Real Estate, appeal an order of summary judgment dismissing their complaint for specific performance, or, in the alternative, damages arising from the execution of an earnest money agreement. We affirm.
On January 3, 1979, Ralph and Marian Williams presented an earnest money agreement to Gladys Fulton, offering to purchase property owned by Fulton in Clark County.
