Defendants-appellants, Norfolk Southern Corporation and Norfolk & Western Railway Company (collectively, “defendants”), appeal from a judgment entered in the Seneca County Court of Common Pleas, awarding damages for wrongful death to plaintiffs Walter Sheets, Troy Dugger and Shirley Hall, as administrators of the estates of Tonya Sheets, Paula Lacy, and Michael Lacy, respectively.
