ZLOCH, District Judge.

THIS MATTER was heard by the Court without a jury for judicial review of termination assessments made by the Internal Revenue Service against the Plaintiff, Cecil M. Young. The United States having filed its Response to the Complaint, the Court held an evidentiary hearing in this matter at which time evidence was received, testimony adduced and the Court heard arguments of counsel for the respective parties.
