—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree. The record establishes that, as part of his plea agreement, defendant made a knowing, intelligent and voluntary waiver of his right to appeal (see, People v Callahan, 80 NY2d 273; People v Moissett, 76 NY2d 909; People v Saunders, 190 AD2d 1092, Iv denied 81 NY2d 1019).
