Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, upon his guilty plea, of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [3]). The record demonstrates that, as part of the plea agreement, defendant made a knowing, intelligent and voluntary waiver of his right to appeal (see, People v Callahan, 80 NY2d 273; People v Moissett, 76 NY2d 909; People v Saunders, 190 AD2d 1092, lv denied 81 NY2d 1019).
