This suit in equity, brought in behalf of a corporation by two stockholders, against Lewis F. Harding, his wife, Lucretia D. C. Harding, and The George H. Shaw Company, alleges that the Hardings (who will be herein referred to as the defendants) have been in full control of the corporation since April 2, 1930, and that they have mismanaged its business and affairs, in certain particulars alleged, to the detriment of the corporation.
