MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LEVAL, District Judge.
Plaintiff alleges various instances of misrepresentation and deceptive practices by defendants in their handling of plaintiff’s brokerage account. Defendants move to dismiss the complaint or, in the alternative, to stay federal proceedings pending arbitration. (Jurisdiction is asserted under both 28 U.S.C. § 1331 and 28 U.S.C. § 1332.)
