Simpson, C. J. —

This action was instituted by plaintiffs to enjoin defendants from removing certain fixtures from a building, owned by plaintiffs, which had been held by defendants under lease.

In their complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they owned a certain theater building in the city of Longview which had been held and used by defendants under a lease obtained from a former owner. The building had been wired by the builder for theater purposes and thereafter altered and improved from time to time by rewiring and the placing therein of certain new fixtures.
