CROSS, Judge.
Plaintiff Alfred A. Julian, a building contractor, entered into a written contract with defendant property owners to build a dwelling house for the total price of $27,200.00. He duly entered upon the agreed undertaking and completed the structure substantially in accordance with the contract plans .and specifications. During progress of the work defendants made monthly payments, upon the builder’s request and presentation of bills for labor and materials, total-ling $25,000.00.
