This is an equitable mechanic’s lien suit brought by the respondent, Oliver L. Taetz, Inc., a corporation, in the circuit court of Franklin County, to recover a judgment against the appellants Ursula Groff and Spencer Groff, (hereinafter referred to as Groff), and Louis B. Eckelkamp, Inc., a corporation, (hereinafter referred to as Eckelkamp), for the balance due respondent for the construction of a building located at the junction of highways 50, 66 and 100, to have the judgment' declared and adjudged to be a mechanic’s lien upon the building, improvements and the land, and to have the lien…
