This appeal is from the district court’s1 August 22, 1980 order granting a new trial on all issues in this personal injury action unless plaintiffs-appellants2 consented to a remittitur, and from an adverse judgment entered at the close of the second trial. Appellants contend that the district court abused its discretion in ordering remittitur, *1294in the amount of remittitur ordered, and in its alternative order for a new trial on all issues.
