OPINION
ALLEGRA, Judge.
This government contract case is before the court following a trial held in New York City. In 1988, plaintiff received a contract from a Defense Department agency to manufacture military dress coats for the Marine Corps. Subsequently, the government issued various modifications and proposed modifications to that contract. Plaintiff maintains that it incurred significant additional costs in complying with those modifications and is, therefore, entitled to an equitable adjustment of the contract price.
