Chasney and Company, Inc. (“Chasney”) brought a claim under the Miller Act, 40 *828U.S.C. § 3133, against Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. (“Hartford”). Thereafter, James W. Ancel, Inc. (“JWA”) secured leave of court to intervene pursuant to Rule 24 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (ECF No. 8.)
