Simons, J.

Plaintiff, Thomas Sablosky, was formerly employed as a commission salesman for defendant, Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc., a New York City real estate brokerage firm. In this action, he alleges that he helped defendant sell the Exxon Building in Midtown Manhattan at a price of $610 million, and claims that he is entitled under his employment agreement to a commission of $3.6 million.
