This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted defendants in the district court, G-allatin County.
This cause arose out of an accident in Gallatin County and. is the same accident involved in Brandenburger v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., 162 Mont. 506, 513 P.2d 268.
