This was an action to set aside a deed to certain land in Lincoln county. The plaintiffs, Gustav Dringman and Hattie' Y. Dringman, are husband and wife. The petition, in substance, alleges that the instrument, although in form a deed, was executed by Gustav Dringman to secure the payment of certain money furnished him by the defendant John Keith upon, the day he made final homestead proof upon the I and!
