This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s and plaintiff-intervenor's joint motion for summary judgment on the issue of race discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Defendant Lady Baltimore Foods, Inc. has submitted to the court a letter indicating that it will not be filing a response to this motion. Defendant Department Store, Package Grocery, Paper House, Liquor and Meat Drivers, Helpers and Warehousemen, Local 955 (Local 995) has submitted a response to . this Court’s Show Cause Order in which it offers no opposition to plaintiffs’…
