This matter is before the court on the Motion for Summary Judgment of the plaintiff, the United States of America. The Government brings this civil action against the remaining defendants: 1) to reduce to judgment certain unpaid federal tax assessments made against Donald W. and Phyllis C. Dawes (hereafter “the Daweses”); 2) to set aside certain conveyances of real property as fraudulent against the United States; 3) to obtain determination that the Plainsman Property Trust also known as the Plainsman Property Co. is the nominee of the Dawes-es; and 4) to foreclose…
