ORDER
HAND, Chief Judge.
This cause came on for trial before the Court on May 31, 1988. Plaintiff originally filed this action in the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama, seeking an injunction to prohibit defendants from denying certain health insurance benefits under an employee welfare benefit plan as to which she is a participant. In addition, plaintiff set forth in her complaint various state law causes of action in tort and contract for damages beyond the alleged benefits due. The case was properly removed to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1441(b). Removal was predicated…
